Michelle Bruno is a New York-based freelance producer whose work spans live events, television, reality, editorial, branded content, reunions, panels, and specials. Over the past five years, she has worked across productions for brands and networks including Vogue, MTV, Fulwell Entertainment, Bravo, Peacock, E!, ITV, and Fanatics. After beginning her career in full-time roles at MTV, Food Network, and Peloton, Michelle transitioned to freelance and has built a career working across productions that are as varied as they are fast-paced.

Her work ranges from host producing on the MTV VMAs red carpet and coordinating A-list talent shoots for Vogue, to building extensive run-of-shows for live panels at BravoCon and creating roll-in packages for reunions and specials. She has talent produced large groups for reality productions at Barstool Sports, led teams underground in the subway to pull off segments for Netflix’s One Shot with Ed Sheeran, and created scripts, game concepts, and interview questions for Peacock’s Shop What Happens. At Fanatics Fest, she has produced segments featuring athletes, talent, fans, and sponsors, while at Bravo she has prepped dozens of Housewives for live panels.

Whether she’s producing talent at the Met Gala, running around the floor at Fanatics Fest, prepping reality talent for a full day of shoots, or host producing both new and seasoned hosts, she thrives in environments where no two days look the same. She is equally comfortable deep in pre-production, on the ground during a shoot, or guiding a project through post, and is known for being the person who can step in, adapt quickly, and get it done.

At the heart of Michelle’s approach is people. She has a natural ability to make talent, their teams, and her fellow crew members feel comfortable, prepared, and taken care of. She believes the best productions come from great collaboration and has built lasting relationships with the teams she’s worked alongside throughout her career. Many of the people she meets on set have become lifelong friends, which she considers one of the best parts of the job.

Michelle is passionate about the behind-the-scenes work that brings big moments to life. She loves the unpredictability of production, the quick pivots, the problem-solving, and the organized chaos that turns an idea into something audiences get to experience.
